Behind The Scenes- Paisley Florals

From the studio this week, I’ve been working on some loose and painterly paisley designs for my library. I always like to show my process from initial artwork to final repeating design. Sometimes the final look can be very similar to original painting as seen in this design. Other times, the original artwork can almost be used as a starting point and the final design will look very different- I kind of love to just flow with the process and see where is ends up!
